Amalgam Digital CEO Anyextee has recently revealed that he has sold the rights to Max B’s catalog to a company that intends on paying for Max’s new legal team. French Montana is back with a new visual for “Once In A While” featuring Max B. Take a look at the video after the jump!
Max B was sitting on top of the world in 2009, seemingly on the brink of major success in the music industry…much like his partner in rhyme French Montana is currently seeing. Unfortunately, a mess he’d gotten into back in 2006 caught up with him, and Max found himself on the receiving end of quite a lengthy sentence…one he won’t even be eligible for parole from until November 9, 2042. As you can see in the photos, his look is a far cry from his former flashy image, and his lifestyle is obviously even more drastically different. He’s currently taking paralegal classes behind bars, and though it’s a “negative space,” he’s remaining positive…and that signature cackle is still there. Complex Magazine sat down with Max’s friends, colleagues, family and of course, the Boss Don himself, to get a full update on how everything is going. Get into it below!
