In what’s a seemingly random pairing, singer M.I.A. and rapper A$AP Ferg have announced a joint tour, hitting stages this spring. The trek kicks off on April 27th in Washington, D.C. and will hit 6 other cities before wrapping in Queens on May 9th. Get the full list of tour dates below. The rebel herself M.I.A took over Terminal 5 last night with her electric hits, including many of the new sounds from her latest album “Matangi”. The album was set to be released November 4th, but has already hit the internet and a careless M.I.A added to the pre release festivities of her project by performing cuts of the album including the upbeat single, “Y.A.L.A”. After Interscope pushed back, pushed back and pushed back some more, the album Matangi, M.I.A. has finally let out the cover art as well as the tracklisting for her fourth album. M.I.A., real name Mathangi “Maya” Arulpragasam’s 15-track album features the one and only, The Weeknd for not one, but two tracks – “Exodus” and “Sexodus.” I think this album is going to be pretty hot.
