It’s no secret that Markieff Morris has been unhappy with the Phoenix Suns since they traded his twin brother Marcus to the Detroit Pistons. He recently laid off the public berating of the team and reportedly changed his mind, saying that he wanted to stay. Well it was too little too late and they traded him to the Washington Wizards just minutes before the NBA trade deadline.

NBA: Morris Twins Accused of Felony Assault Against Man They Believed Sexted Their Mother
The Phoenix Suns twins Marcus and Markieff Morris are accused of committing felony aggravated assault against a man they believe sent “inappropriate” text messages to their mother. The victim, Erik Hood reportedly told authorities that the text in question said he’d always be there for the Morris twins’ mother, Thomasine Morris, and they believed the statement meant their relationship had become sexual.

Midway through the second quarter Kevin Durant brought the ball up court, after a screen from Hasheem Thabeet stopped Michael Beasley, Durant exploded off the dribble with only Markieff Morris standing between him and the basket which was unfortunate for Morris.
