The judge involved in one of Lindsay Lohan’s many court cases decided to tell her attorney how he really felt today. Judge Jim Dabney called Mark Heller an “incompetent” for screwing up paper work to dismiss charges – DENIED. Dabney says that the lawyer has no clue about California Law and adds, “Lindsay either has to get another lawyer who knows what he’s doing or she has to come into court and waive her right to a competent California lawyer.” Lindsay can’t do anything right and that includes getting a lawyer to get her off.
