Am I the only one who had no idea this was becoming a movie?! I’m so excited!! I remember reading this book in the fourth grade and having to make a diorama for it (my fav thing to do!!) and I cut up one of my dad’s tacky Hawaiian shirts and used it as a curtain in it. He wasn’t too happy. LOL. I also remember using sugar cubes as ice blocks for the penguins!! Ok ok back to the topic…Jim Carrey will be starring at Mr. Popper in the upcoming film, co-starring Carla Gugino and Angela Lansbury. It hits theaters June 17th. Snoop Dogg Reacts to Nate Dogg’s Passing
We all woke up to the horrible news that famous crooner Nate Dogg passed away late last night. Immediately I looked for Snoop’s reaction, someone who is not only from the same area (thus inevitably has rubbed shoulders with him more than once) but was a frequent collaborator with Nate…and both were instrumental in putting California on the map with hip-hop and R&B in the 90’s. Say what?? Need to up the data plans for a couple of my family members then!! A recently conducted study has found that the areas of your brain you use when you’re smoking or want to smoke get interrupted when you text.
