I’m pretty sure it’s common knowledge to never come at Mariah Carey with any sideways remarks, (especially) about her vocals. For some reason an Associated Press reporter decided to step out of a limb and dared to ask “Mimi” about her background vocals. Adding insult to injury, the reporter implied that Miss. Is Mariah’s last stop Vegas? Well we will have to wait and see if this is the end for the BillBoard queen, or could it actually help our dear Mariah Carey? After the split with Nick Cannon and years and years of diva ways Ms. Mariah was kind of wearing and tearing herself down. After hearing the raw straining of the voice audio of her annual Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting, we’re exhausted. But there might be hope for Mariah , at least we hope. Next Stop Vegas ! Rumors surfaced that she signed a deal with a resort in Vegas to do a bunch of shows show casing all of her hits, and she has tons of hits!

Mariah Carey is gearing up for a new album, and she’s doing so without the help of Nick Cannon, her now-ex. She apparently wants him to know she doesn’t need him for ish, though, as the first single released from the project definitely appears to have some shots fired his way! “Talkin’ ’bout you’re mad/Could it be that you just lost the best you’ve ever had,” is one such line on “Infinity,” while ,”Boy you actin’ so corny like Fritos/Wouldn’t have none of that without me, though” is another gem. Oh, and let’s not leave out:
