According to reports from Headline Planet, “Mariah Carey’s “#1 to Infinity” is expected to move 14-16,000 complete copies in its first week of release.” As of now, she’s looking at about a solid $15,000. Hits Daily Double explain that they add the inclusion of Track Equivalent Album, which would be broken down to 10 single sales = 1 album sale and Streaming Equivalent Album, 1500 single streams = 1 album sale. With that being said, that’s where they get their estimated number. Will you buy Mariah’s new album or is it over for that?

As a nice Mother’s Day gift, her manager sent her a massive shoe cake, in size 8, from a company called Kailava that has been featured on Cake Boss: Next Great Baker. A man who goes by Eric Meier, who is a popular jeweler, wanted to prove to Mimi that he is her biggest fan so she gave him the opportunity to attend her Las Vegas show at Caesar’s Palace. Much to her surprise, he showed up gifting her with $4K black diamond drop earrings in an 18 ct. rose gold setting. Just like any other woman, diamonds must be Mariah’s best friend because she was so happy at the gift that she could not stop smiling from ear to ear! We’re sure Meier got a hefty discount on the diamond earrings due to the fact he sells them at his shop, Diamonds Don’t Lie, but it’s still the thought that makes his gesture 100x more special.
