(Video) Mack Maine Discusses TMZ Issues & Lil Wayne On 106 & Park

Yesterday afternoon, Mack Maine stopped by 106 & Park to premiere his new video with Lil Wayne and Talib Kweli, “Celebrate.” While talking to the show’s hosts, Mack took another opportunity to make a jab at TMZ for their mis-reporting Friday night (when they said Wayne was about to die and clearly, he wasn’t), and also said Tune was “doing great.” The latter of which was proven further when he was released just moments after Mack’s interview. Watch in full below.

Lil Wayne Officially Released From Hospital

Amazing news for Lil Wayne and his family, friends and fans! Mack Maine revealed via Twitter just a few minutes ago that Tune has officially been released from the Cedars-Senai hospital in L.A. As you know, the rapper was hospitalized late last week following multiple seizures, and was in Intensive Care up until today. He was then released to regular care, and now it looks like he’s totally good to go! “Thanks to Cedar Sinai for everything!!!,” Mack Maine tweeted. “@LilTunechi has been officially been released and is headed home….God is great!” Mack also took the time to refute the “exclusive” interview he allegedly gave to XXL, where they wrote that he said he “didn’t know” if Lil Wayne had sent the tweet on Friday night about his health. So there’s that! Hope Tune takes the time to rest up and get back to 110%!

Oh Sh*t: Mack Maine Admits He’s ‘Not Sure’ Whether Lil Wayne Sent Out Post-Seizure Tweet

First Birdman spoke to Flex about Wayne, now YMCMB’s Mack Maine speaks to XXL and opened up about the tweet ‘sent out’ by Weezy after his seizure claiming he was okay. “I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love.” Weezy supposedly said post-seizure but Mack reveals he’s not too sure about that. “That Tweet [that he sent out on Friday] wasn’t sent out on that same phone line,” Mack claims. “I’m not sure if he Tweeted that or not. I wasn’t with him at the present moment. One of his fans could have Tweeted that, I’m not really sure where that came from.” He goes on to say, “He’s in the hospital regularly, [not ICU],” Then adds, “I can’t really give a comment on his situation right now ‘cus we’re not really sure, we’re just standing by him right now. Like I said, he’s in recovery as far as we know, so we’re just sitting back, just waiting until he’s come fully recovered before we can give a statement.” What do y’all think? Let us know below! All we can say is, we hope Wayne has a speedy recovery!

(Video) Another YMCMB Rapper Visited Lil Wayne In The Hospital

Drake, Birdman, and more have been visiting Lil Wayne in the hospital since he was admitted due to seizures. There were rumors flying around that Wayne was not really doing well and all decision concerning his health were going to be made by his mother. TMZ reported that Wayne was even about to be given his last rights (they have since recanted on that statement.) Birdman, Mack Maine, T.I, and more checked in when the rumors were buzzing saying that Wayne was fine and TMZ was lying. A tweet was sent from Wayne’s account saying that he was also doing just fine, but TMZ confirmed that not only was the rapper sleeping at the time but that that IP didn’t link up to the hospital or near it leaving many to believe that YMCMB and co are lying. The gossip site has been camped outside the hospital for days now and one would assume it is to catch Wayne and crew in a lie. Thus far, no new information has been released from YMCMB, but countless people have went to visit Weezy leaving some to…
