Despite last week’s health scare and getting dropped from a major endorsement deal, Lil Wayne looked to be in great spirits last night as he partied it up at Miami hotspot Bamboo with Kendrick Lamar. His YMCMB right-hand man Mack Maine was with him as usual, and a few other notable names were in the building as well. Check the pics in the gallery.

Mack Maine sat down with Sway on MTV’s “RapFix” and he has disclosed some information. The YMCMB president let’s us know that Nicki Minaj will be collaborating with Future. Possibly for his upcoming, ‘Future Hendrix‘ album. “Nicki’s getting into her music thing again,” Mack says. “I heard she has a song coming out with Future,” he added, dropping the news casually. “It’s Future’s song, and she’s featured on it.” Mack also informs us on his track, “Celebrate”, trying to get Meek Mill on an album, Tyga, and Kendrick Lamar. TMZ caught a lot of heat last weekend, after they’d reported that Lil Wayne had been read his last rites while in the hospital…aka, he was about to die. Though they had most of their information right, this was apparently far from the truth and even if it wasn’t at the time, it begs questions about integrity in journalism and what rites the family has (like keeping that info to themselves until it’s final.) In the end, it only makes TMZ look bad, as we now know Weezy is far from the grave and has been released and is feeling good. (Thank goodness!) While appearing on MTV Rapfix yesterday to promote his new song “Celebrate,” Mack Maine touched on the topic of Wayne’s health and shared Wayne’s reaction when he heard TMZ was posting such crazy things.
