Sprint announced yesterday that the company will be introducing 4G LTE to some of the NYC boroughs. Begining July 30th the Bronx and Brooklyn customers will have the new network as well as enhanced 3G speed.

Well, according to TechHive, AT&T still has LTE service in the US. The site conducted a test of all the networks for its Wireless Week and found that T-Mobile LTE is catching up and service is pretty fast as well.
The very highly anticipated Lumia 928 for Verizon has just been ousted via a billboard. It professes that the phone has the best low light camera any smartphone, although no one has seen it yet. Verizon’s CEO Lowell McAdam is speaking out on playing a role in Steve Jobs’ decision to allow iPhone5 to have LTE. Speaking to the National Association of Broadcasters, McAdam said, “I was really trying to sell him and he sat there without any reaction.” He recalled Steve Jobs telling him, “Enough. You had me at 10 Mbps. I know you can stream video at 10 Mbps.”
