Not only did MTV’s Video Music Awards pop off in a booty-tastic way, but on Friday, at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood, the BMI R&B/Hip Hop Awards was jumping off. To honor him for his influence in the entertainment industry, Ludacris was honored with the President’s Award and celebrated with other artists – Future, Hit Boy, August Alsina, Faith Evans, Lorenz Tate, Chris Brown (who also won the BMI Special Citation of Achievement award), Zendaya and more.
