This news is coming out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Apparently, after leaving his daughter unattended while getting a tattoo, John Ruiz was arrested this week shortly after a neighbor spotted his daughter with a loaded .22 at an apartment complex swimming pool. Full story after the jump.
