Monica first released this track (off her upcoming album My Life, dropping November 8th) with not only Ross, but Lil Kim as well. Being that there was a Biggie sample to be cleared in the track, it had to go through the executor of his estate first…his mother. We all know she’s had a longstand beef with Lil Kim and likely out of spite, decided to not clear her for the track.
