Lil Flip No Longer A Wanted Man
Lil Flip was a wanted man because he failed to show up to a mandatory urine test and a hearing about a drug/gun possession case. Now Flip is no longer a wanted man and everything was simply a mistake. The rapper’s warrant has been recalled and the issue will be resolved in the upcoming months. Read more below.
Arrest Warrant Issued For Lil’ Flip ?!?!
Back in December, Lil’ Flip got arrested in Louisiana. Officer, Dennis Buckingham pulled the “Game Over” MC’s vehicle to the side of the rode, where he said that he found marijuana and a Bushmaster AR-15 assault rifle . Flip was shortly released, and let it be known that his weapon was legal and that “black n’ mild guts is not ganja.” For this reason, Flip had to make a court appearance, but he never showed up. Lil Flip Pleads Not Guilty To Possession Of A Firearm & Weed And Speeding
Lil Flip was arrested on Christmas Day, after being pulled over for speeding and cops found weed and an AR-15 in his car. Yesterday, the rapper pled not guilty to all 3 charges (possession of a firearm, possession of a schedule 1 narcotic (weed), and speeding.) He claims his rifle was legal and that he owns a concealed handgun license (he proved this), and there weren’t any blunts…they were Black & Milds. The pre-trial is set for April. Hopefully he beats it! Seems like the odds are in his favor.
Lil Flip Says That His Louisiana Arrest Was Bogus
The game isn’t over until Lil’ Flip says it’s over. This down south rapper is saying that he plans on fighting the charges bought against him for having an assault rifle in his car when pulled over for speeding. Flip shows TMZ a copy of his license to carry, which is also valid in 22 other states. NOT GUILTY your honor! And the weed, wasn’t really weed at all. They were Black and Milds. Yea Sure!
