While a majority of the, Lights Out Tour will be rescheduled, Kelly did perform in Silver Springs, MD, and the song touched her heart in more ways than one right along with the fans that cheered her on when she began to cry after a certain set of lyrics: “Started to call them people on him, I was battered.
