President Bush’s Attorney General OK’s Legal Pot
Alberto Gonzales the former Attorney General from the Bush administration doesn’t have a problem with people in Colorado or people in Washington getting high, aside from the fact that it’s against Federal Law. In other words he doesn’t really care if you want to get high as long as it doesn’t get you in trouble. This is an interesting stance for a prominent Republican to speak this way is not traditional and most prominent politicians take a more anti drug use policy. Smokers Celebration: (Marijuana Legalization) Midnight Hit In Washington And Everyone Sparked Up in Unison
Last night hundreds of people met up in Seattle, Washington at the space needle. They all planned to have a count down and once midnight struck everyone cheered and sparked joint and bongs. One guy referred to the celebration equivalent to being “a kid in a candy shop” Washington and Colorado were the first states to legalize marijuana for people over the age of 21. How Will Stores In Washington Sell Marijuana Without Problems!?
Yes, Colorado and Washington has made it legal for marijuana to be used for recreational use, however the banks in these states does NOT want the business. According to the banks, it’s legal to sell and use on a state level, but not on a federal level, so the banks as well as credit unions doesn’t want to get involved. Seems as if people who want to join in on the marijuana business has to deal with cash exchange only.
