The ‘leg-drop‘ situation isn’t the only thing happening in Miguel’s life right now. The “All I Want Is You” singer is being lashed out at, because he recently went on twitter and posted, according to him, something that was taken out of context about “black people.” He stopped by BBC Radio 1Xtra, and explained what was going through his mind when he wrote those things. After Miguel’s unforgettable performance during the 2013 Billboard Music Awards, the media just cannot leave the “Adorn” singer alone. Now that there are rumors of possible legal action being taken by Khyati Shah, the girl who fell victim to Miguel’s leg, Miguel is starting to get nervous (although she seemed fine during the interview backstage after the accident occurred.) We knew this was going to happen from the moment we watched Miguel fall on to that poor girl at the Billboard Awards a few weeks back. Despite the fact Khyati Shah was taken backstage and said she was totally fine (while holding an ice pack and seeming to enjoy the new attention,) she’s now “considering” legal action. AKA: her parents let her know it’s time to get that bread! However, whip lash and feeling sore in the days following an accident are not uncommon, so it’s possible she really is experiencing “difficulties” as her lawyer Vip Bhola claims. “We will determine that after we have feedback from medical providers,” Vip said when asked about suing. He also added that accepting a settlement is not out of the question. Either way, it seems like Miguel is definitely going to have to pay up! Yikes!
