(Video) NBA: Dwyane Wade Explains Conversation He Had With LeBron & CP3 During Free Agency

It was always assumed that Dwyane Wade would play his entire career and retire with the Miami Heat but that isn’t the case.  It was initially believed the standoff between him and Heat president Pat Riley was just bluffs and they would eventually come to a deal like before but this time the two sides were off.  Wade wanted a two-year, $50 million contract that many consider a ‘Kobe Bryant deal’; i.e a deal to show gratitude and appreciation for the years the franchise player put in, and to keep him happy and on the team.  Also, Wade had taken pay cuts in previous years and has never been the highest paid player on the team.  It seemed inevitable that he would get that deal but Riley refused to go above two-years, $40 million.  During this time, Wade was on vacation with his ‘Brotherhood’ of LeBron James and Chris Paul.  They gave him advice on his situation.

NBA: Draymond Green Reveals If There Is Any Lingering Beef Between Himself & Lebron

During the NBA Finals it looked like Lebron James and Draymond Green hated each other. They were two players trying to go all out to claim a championship and in the course of that there was some tension. They had to be separated a couple times during the series, mainly during game four when Green hit Bron with a low-blow as James stepped over him, setting off a mini-altercation that led to Green being suspended for the following game. After the series ended, Green showed some love to Bron on the court but you could’ve still thought there was some animosity between them but Green says that couldn’t be further from the truth.
