Rick Ross Sued For $90k For What?

Rick Ross copped 3 Rolexes from Johnny’s Custom Jewelry in Texas last year, ending up with a bill totaling around $90k…but apparently, he never paid it. The jeweler has filed suit against Ross and MMG, asking for the money owed plus interest. SMH: Chris Brown’s Alleged Hit & Run Victim Says He Yelled & Called Her A B*tch

This is getting ridiculous. Much like the seemingly-bogus assault allegations against Chris for an incident at a club on Saturday, the “victim” in his fender-bender last month also seems to be making her story up! Said “victim,” Olga Gure-Kovalenko, has succeeded in getting hit-and-run charges filed against the singer (she says he wouldn’t give her his info), as well as a charge for not having a valid license, and now she’s taking the story even further. Funny thing about this though, their exchange was captured on video (below)! And though it wasn’t ALL on camera, photos were taken of Chris and Karrueche as they got in their car afterward (above), so that means paparazzi were on the scene the entire time. If Chris “tried to grab camera or me,” Karrueche “screamed ‘Don’t touch her, don’t touch her,’” Chris called her a b*tch and then asked if she thinks he’s “just a black n***er,” do you not think ALL of that footage would have immediately been captured and put on the web?! SMH! Clearly people are trying to get money out of Chris and it’s really sad. As far as Chris giving the woman improper info, his lawyer says Chris gave her his Virginia driver’s license and also an insurance card (albeit a wrong one,…

A former intern at Atlantic Records has brought a class action lawsuit against WMG to “recover claimed unpaid minimum wages and overtime wages” for a group that’s apparently more than 100 people strong. This is the first of its kind to be filed in the music industry. Don’t these kids understand what paying dues mean?! This is entertainment…we’ve ALL interned at some point. SMH! Details on his suit below.

Chris Brown Blasts Back At The City Over His Graffiti; Exercises First Amendment

Chris Brown is at odds with his current home of L.A., as the city is attempting to force him to remove the graffiti he drew on his home and he’s not having it! In a recently filed appeal, Breezy says the government has no right to force him to remove it because it’s protected by the First Amendment. Chris tells the city, whose argument is that he has an illegal “sign” on his home, that the graffiti is art that “[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property.” He goes on to say, “The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.” The case is now in the hands of the Dept. of Building and Safety’s board of appeals. Who do you think will win this one?
