Singer/song-writer extraordinaire Pharrell Williams just closed the deal on a new $7 million dollar pad in Los Angeles with a magnificent view of the city. His new pad is 4,000 square feet with a total of six bedrooms, glass walls, a huge infinity pool and a guest house that is probably larger than all of our homes put together. The home was originally $9 million, but luckily for Pharrell, he only had to come out of pocket $7.14 for everything. In the past, this particular house set a record for being one of the most priciest mansions in the Laurel Canyon section of California when it sold for $5.6 million back in 2009. Nicole Richie recently gave a makeover to the backyard of her Laurel Canyon home she shares with hubby Joel Madden and their 2 children, and gave Domaine Home a sneak peek inside the gorgeous outdoor space. Admitting before that the colors were “all over to place,” the former reality star narrowed them down to turquoise, yellow, and black. “It was important to me to keep the color palette strong but not too overpowering. We’re all about having everything be really eclectic and relaxed.” Add to that little accents like clear globe lights from Target and lanterns from Pottery Barn, and you have an amazing place to host parties and just enjoy the outdoors.
