This wristband called Lark was created by a woman named Julia Hu (who is now CEO and founder of Lark) because her husband had trouble sleeping. Lark is a wristband that connects with your smartphone and is designed to help you get a better night’s sleep. It is a wireless sleep monitor and a personal sleep coach. Hu says it is also a silent alarm clock doing tiny little tickles to nudge you so you get up. Don’t trust it?
