Police are searching for a man suspected of harassment after he left behind a Ku Klux Klan robe that was left at a consignment shop owned by a black woman. A man visited a consignment shop owned by Leona Coakley-Spring. The man was describe as a white male in his mid 20’s. I guess the suspect thought it was cool to leave a KKK robe in a black business.
