The lyrical rebel Lupe Fiasco has sat down with DJ Skee to think back to the hist controversial hit ‘Kick Push’. Fiasco revealed that he received a lot of criticism from the skateboard community after the song, while other Hip Hop artists like Lil Wayne, benefitted from their use of the Skate culture.

Am I the only one: As I watch these type of videos, I’m biting my nails waiting for the action to jump off… During a performance of, “Kick Push” in The Depot in Mormon, “food” was chucked on stage at the rapper, and he threatened, if the “fat white b***h” that threw it, don’t come downstairs [from the balcony], the show would not continue.
