(Photos) Kendrick Lamar Receives Platinum Plaque For ‘good kid, m.A.A.d City’

Kendrick Lamar was presented with a platinum plaque last night following his BET Experience music festival performance. At the after party, which was hosted by TDE and Interscope, the team presented Lamar with his plaque. This far his album, good kid, m.A.A.d City has sold 938,389 copies in the United States. During the 2013 ASCAP Rythem & Soul Music Awards in Beverly Hills on June 27th, the West-Coast’s own Dr. Dre presented Kendrick Lamar with the Vanguard Award. He even referred to Lamar as a “class act.” Hit the jump to check out the video.
