NBA: Damn, Potential Top Pick In NBA Draft Will Miss Six Months??
This changes the entire thinking of any team selecting high in the draft next week. All their planning could basically be null and void and have them all re-thinking who they want to pick. Kansas big man Joel Embiid, expected by most people to be taken with the first pick by the Cleveland Cavaliers is expected to miss up to six months after having surgery on his foot today. The surgeon, Dr. Richard Ferkel, said that Embiid “tolerated the surgery without difficulty” and claimed that the 7-foot center should “be able to return to NBA basketball.”

Damn! At first glance you would never think Dylan & Kota Gonzalez were basketball players. Their social media accounts are full of pictures of duck faces and selfies trying to look cute, just like any other young girl. They easily have to be the cutest pair of twins to ever step on the basketball court. The lucky young men who attend the University of Kansas will get to see the girls for the next few years. The pair are actually highly talented and recruited girls basketball players who decided to sign with the Jayhawks. They have more followers on Instagram and facebook (about 260,000) than their hometown has people. So they are already somewhat getting accustomed to the spotlight. For the past few years Skyler Diggins from Notre Dame has been the “it” girl in college basketball that everyone wished they could see more. Lil Wayne is a big fan of Diggins. NCAA: Kansas Defeats Ohio St. & Will Face Kentucky in the Championship Game!
Tyshawn Taylor made two big free throws and Thomas Robinson finished with 19 points and eight rebounds Saturday night to rally the Jayhawks past Ohio State 64-62 in the Final Four. Â Kansas rallied from 13 points down to complete another comeback in a game the Jayhawks led for a grand total of 3:48 – two of those minutes coming when the score was 2-0. Â Elijah Johnson, whose layup won an equally dicey game against Purdue in the regional semifinals, made one with 1:12 left to put the Jayhawks up 62-59 – their biggest lead of the game.
