We have just learned that the Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead in his hotel room while on a hunting trip. There has been a lot of controversy on who will now hold his spot. President Obama has a say in who will be next to take the seat but a lot of people are not too happy with that. Republicans are saying that it will be “irresponsible and inappropriate” for Presidet Obama to have any say so in who will replace Scalia.
