Rick Ross is scheduled to perform in the caribbean in a couple months, but that may not be possible due to his last incident of him pistol-whipping and kidnapping someone. Hit the jump to read the details.
Tennessee rapper, Young Dolph recently shared with fans that following a court appearance, rather than having to pay a fine or serve some kind of time, the judge ordered him to look after a delinquent teen. In his most recent Instagram posts, Dolph has documented his time so far with the teen and it’s rather interesting, to say the least. Hit the jump for more.
50 Cent was back in court on Wednesday (January 6th) asking the judge to slash the $7 million dollar penalty awarded to Rick Ross’ baby mama, Lastonia Leviston to $1.6 million. Incase you missed it, 50 was ordered to pay Leviston for leaking her sex tape online. 50, who’s currently battling bankruptcy, says he’s strapped for cash and wants the award reduced because, according to reports, “the $7 million award doubles up the emotional damages and the rest is excessive.” The judge said he would rule on the request by the end of the month. We’ll just have to stay tuned. Hopefully, this can all be worked out.
The Game and 40 Glocc have been going at it for years now, but hopefully a judge’s order will finally but this stuff to rest…at least publicly. The fight went down in 2012, and it’s been a battle of he said/she said ever since, with 40 even dragging it to a courtroom for a lawsuit. (Snitch!) A judge has now ordered Game to pay $3,000, determining that committed battery against 40, adding that the amount of money awarded reflects 40’s lack of candor during his testimony. She then set up a second phase of trial to determine whether the defendant should have to pay punitive damages. A status conference is scheduled for January 14. Was it really worth $3k though, 40? Credibility down the drain and a long ass court battle for a measly $3,000? Weak!
