Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon is facing a year suspension from the NFL after failing a drug test. The seemingly troubled WR, who’s in Stage III of the NFL’s drug program appeared to have gotten himself in deep trouble yet again, but he’s arguing against the validity of the recent test.

It’s clear that wide receiver Josh Gordon has a problem. While awaiting a hearing on his probable year-long suspension for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy, Gordon was arrested and charged with DWI. The Cleveland Browns released a brief statement.

Josh Gordon had been making some noise this season on the Cleveland Browns. He is easily the best receiver they have, and from the looks of it, he might have one of the nicest rides too.
