After deading their beef & recently being spotted in the studio together, the 2 Jersey Natives now have some new heat available below.
Less than a month after going public with his new relationship, rapper Joe Budden is a single man once again. Though he didn’t give too much detail as to what occurred between him and bottle waitress Audely, judging but Joey’s tweets, it appears social media played a factor…and that we’re going to be getting a song about the breakup! (If it’s anything like that infamous “OLS3” – this is going to be GOOD!) Check out Joe’s tweets in the gallery for a little more about the breakup. Do you think they’ll be getting back together, or this is done for good?
Looks like Jersey emcees Joe Budden and Ransom have finally put all the beef behind them and have reunited in the studio! The two had a small convo on Twitter a few months ago revealing that they had peaced up the issues from their rocky past. However, after Joey’s fellow Jersey rapper affiliate Tsu Surf posted a pic of the three of them in the studio, it became official that it is ALL GOOD on both sides. The beef between Joe and Ransom sparked a few years ago, resulting in a bunch of diss tracks and even alleged physical altercations. Before all of the drama, the two Jersey City rappers were very close leading all the way back to the A-Team days when Budden put both Ransom and Hitchcock on. It’s always good to see talented emcees from Jersey link up and do work on a track. Can’t wait to hear what these three have brewing up in the studio! Check out the flicks in the gallery. #JERSEYYYYYYYY!
After beating Joe Budden out in the third round at Total Slaughter last week in NYC, Hollow Da Don took to Twitter to ask fans who he should take on next, saying Eminem wants him to take on another industry name. Find out the two rappers he called out specifically after the jump!
Lil Wayne ventured into talk of battle rap for his latest webisode of Weezy Wednesdays, inspired by this past weekend’s ‘Total Slaughter’ battle. Though he has yet to watch and doesn’t know the outcome of their battle, Tune shared his excitement over Murda Mook and Loaded Lux getting back in the ring, but made sure he let the world know he’s still Team Jae Millz…since Mook and Millz had quite the battle back in the early 00’s on Smack DVD. You’ve gotta ride with the home team! He also gave a shout out to Joe Budden, of whom he’s aware lost to Hollow Da Don, but couldn’t comment too much on it because again, he’s yet to see the battle. Tune added that he feels there’s no real loss in battle, particularly with an established artist like Joe, because he looks at it as a sport, and if you can still craft dope music, you’ll never lose. Do you agree? Listen to his logic in episode 21 of “Weezy Wednesdays” below and let us know your thoughts!
