Jim Jones is making a potential power move – and while it’s smart for his own personal business, it could also be out of spite a little bit too. Back in the Dip Set golden era, the Harlem crew notoriously beefed with Jay Z, after things went sour while they were signed to Roc-A-Fella. Both Cam’Ron and Jim Jones publicly dissed Hov in songs and in viral videos, and to this day it doesn’t appear that Cam and Hov have ever made it quite right. Hov and Jim seem to be a different story now, however.
Lately we’ve been seeing Juelz Santana make a comeback, releasing new music every week. Looks like Jim Jones is prepping to start making similar moves. Earlier it was reported that Kanye West used an alias to check into the hospital. Kanye’s physician, the one who actually called 911, told the dispatcher that he was not violent as of now but will become violent once police arrived. He used the name “Jim Jones” to refer to Ye’. Jim Jones has recently went in on Kanye for ‘impersonating a gangster.’
Two weeks ago we saw that Dave East was cooking something up with Jim Jones in the studio when Cam’ron and Jimmy had that feud on Dave East’s Instagram comments. Since then the two took to the streets of Harlem for the video to their collab “Eastside”. Watch Jimmy and Dave spit as they show off their whips after the jump!
