(Video) ‘Jersey Shore’ Season 6 Trailer
While on the failed hunt for the ‘Jersey Shore’ Season six commercials that aired last night during the VMA’s to post so someone would agree with me that they are a little too much, I came across the season six trailer, which I must have missed during last night’s award show. From the looks of it, season six looks like it’s going to be decent but it certainly seems like the cast knew it was going to be their last season, or maybe they just heard the rumors like we did. It also seems as if MTV let the cast re-record their “interviews” since Vinny was rocking a totally different hair style in the episode vs the interviews. Watch the trailer below.\ Julie A.

Why MTV Cancelled ‘Jersey Shore’
Earlier this week, MTV announced that it was cancelling their hit show “Jersey Shore” after this season. The show ran for six seasons and followed the cast from Seaside Heights, NJ to Miami and Italy before returning to the shore. Rumors were flying around that the real reason MTV axed the show was due to the high cost cast member’s salary, mostly Mike, Pauly D, and Snooki but MTV is saying the money had nothing to do with it. Snooki and JWoww already have a spin-off that was picked up for a second season and Pauly D was also given a brief spin-off, but we’re unsure if that show will be returning. Fans can enjoy their last season beginning on October 6, but I’m sure this will not be the last we see of the ‘Shore’ crew. Read more below. Julie A.
Adios! The Upcoming Season Of “Jersey Shore” Will Officially Be Its Last
This was inevitable. “Jersey Shore” producers have officially announced that the upcoming sixth season of Jersey Shore (debuting October 4th) will be its last. Rumors had spread that it would be and the cast was even told going into the shore house this go’ round that it was a very high possibility it’d be their last stay there, but nothing was concrete until this morning. With Snooki now a mother and bride-to-be and The Situation on a sober path, the show already lost the angle it made its popularity from with their two biggest stars.
