When Jerry West talks about basketball, you better be listening. The former Lakers great and hall of famer seems to be a big fan of what Lebron and the Miami Heat are doing with their win streak. West was part of the Lakers team that set the record with 33 straight wins 41 years ago. Most old timers never want someone to break a record they set, but Jerry West is far from that. He said “You ask me, ‘Does it bother me?’ Absolutely not. I think it’s great for the league. I’m excited for my friend, Pat Riley, to be able to replicate this now as an executive.
