Ugh, I’m sad! After dating for nearly a year and reportedly being “head over heels in love,” actress Michelle Williams and actor Jason Segel have “quietly” gone their separate ways. The pair were seen together as recently as last month on vacation in Cancun, but apparently the long distance finally got the best of them. Michelle and her 7-year-old daughter (with the late Heath Ledger) live in New York, while Jason is L.A.-based because of his TV show, How I Met Your Mother. Sigh. Long distance definitely isn’t an easy thing! I wish these two the best!

The hit show has just been picked up for it’s ninth season and contrary to Jason Segel saying he didn’t want to be part of it anymore, he’s signed on for the new season!
