Earlier in the week, news broke that a Crimea vote had forced President Obama to freeze assets, and ban a list of Russian officials from entering the U.S. That list included Vladislav Surkov, former First Deputy of the Chief of the Russian Presidential Administration. Vladislav has since spoken to Russian media about being honored at the fact that he’s not wanted on U.S. soil. WHY?
