With all the speaking up about MTV’s hottest MC list, it’s no surprise there’s another rapper speaking about not being on it. J. Cole strongly expresses that he felt like he should’ve been on the list. He claims, “I don’t know, but I don’t really give a fuck. It is what it is. Think about it, from what they say, it’s the past year, I’ve had a quiet year.” He believes he definitely deserved a spot on the list, “I should be on there,” he said, also expressing, “I don’t give a fuck, DJ Drama. They’re fucking dead, and I’m gonna kill them.” He even goes as far as saying, “We shouldn’t talk about this anymore. They want this. Fuck these guys.” Lastly, he speaks about Ye, “Future doesn’t even give a fuck about Kanye,” he said. “They don’t even interrupt each others’ lives & they’re not competing on the same level.” Controversy!
