“Dj Frosty or Dj Fraudy,” was the headline to a “Help Me Howard” segment on Pix 11 as Howard tried to dig for answers to a scam that included New Jersey DJ, DJ Frosty.Takeisha Stewart of Jersey City claimed the DJ stuck her for her paper after taking $150 from her and other moms for their daughters to participate in a Target commercial.
