I don’t know what Crystal Harris is doing, but I need to learn some tips from her! After dumping Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner days before their wedding in 2010, he eventually took her back, married her, and is now setting her up to live lovely, long after he’s gone. Hef copped a $5 Hollywood Hills mansion for her last month, which is held in trust for the 2 of them. There are no plans to move out of the Playboy mansion any time soon…but he wants to make sure Crystal has NO issues when he passes, considering he doesn’t actually “own” the Playboy mansion…he rents it from Playboy Enterprises. The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 baths, an infinity pool and an amazing view…and with Hef at 87-years-old (Crystal is 27, by the way)…she’ll likely be shacking up here sooner than later!

Singer John Legend is doing pretty well for himself, and his beautiful new home with fiancee Chrissy Teigen in the Hollywood Hills is a testament to that! The 1960’s-inspired crib was designed by Don Stewart, someone who was referred to John by none other than his G.O.O.D. friend, Kanye West. 19-year-old iCarly actress Miranda Cosgrove is ballin’! She recently just plunked down a cool $2.65 million for a new house in Hollywood Hills, and it’s gorgeous! That’s what Nickelodeon money will do for ya! She apparently was making around $180k per EPISODE when the show ended in November. Must be nice. Now she’s attending UCLA, so she’s right near campus with the new crib. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, media/family room with wet bar and more!
