Well now, with everything going on yesterday about who did, and did NOT get paid, we had time to get the A$AP Greatness!

As most of our readers and ALL of my followers know, I’ve been up on Ty Dolla $ign for some time…tweeting, posting and even interviewing him just to spread the music out because he’s THAT dope. Our darling Ebro wasn’t buying what I was selling for a while, but he finally has come around (maybe after seeing Ty kill that Summer Jam stage?!) and took to the airwaves this morning to apologize to us both for not realizing sooner just how talented the Cali crooner is. I mean, he writes, sings, produces AND plays instruments! C’mon son! Check out Ty’s full sit-down on the Hot 97 Morning Show this morning below…and look out for that lovely apology around the 8:50 mark. What’s that they say? Oh, yes…”I TOLD YOU SO.” Ha!
50 Cent was the talk of the town Sunday night when he reunited with G-Unit for Hot 97’s Summer Jam. On Twitter though fans have been talking about his hat. I saw some mixed reactions on it & would love to know what you guys think?! He was rocking a “Nike Jumpman logo riding the Polo horse logo” hat. Check out the close-up pics & weigh in…
After a very impressive performance at SJ2014, Trey Songz passed by the Hot 97 studios to chop it up with The Morning Show. He talks Summer Jam, his relationship with Rosa Acosta and other video vixens, his new album ‘Trigga’ on the way July 1st and much more. Check out the full interview below!
Free my ninja Breezy! Sevyn Streeter hit the main stage at the Summer Jam 2014 show with high energy, and the Florida native definitely did her thing. The singer/songwriter did a couple of her hit songs getting radio play, but Sevyn also took the time to plug her locked up homie and mentor, Chris Breezy, making sure he knows he’s dearly missed out here. Watch the tribute inside!
Nicki Minaj called into the morning show on Hot 97 today to talk about her new single “Pills N Potions” with Ciph, Rosenberg, Laura Stylez and her homie Ebro. During the call, the topic of fellow female raptress Remy Ma came up, as she FINALLY returns home from a 6-year jail bid at the end of July. Before Nicki dropped her debut mixtape Playtime Is Over in 2007 and while Remy was buzzing off of the success of her debut album, the ladies were pretty close and hung out on the NYC party scene multiple times. (Throwback pics of me and the girls at one such party in the gallery – don’t laugh! LOL!) They’re both at VERY different places in their careers now 7 years later but thankfully – Nicki is totally open to working with the Bronx rapper! I’M TOO EXCITED! Check out the interview below to hear what Nicki had to say!
