A Chicago hospital wrongfully pronounced an 8-year-old dead although he was alive!  It took the hospital staff 5 hours to check if the boy’s son was still beating although the parents insisted that they saw their son moving his eyes. When they finally ran tests they concluded that his heart had been in fact beating.His parents are now suing the hospital for wrongfully pronouncing him dead. He had suffered cardiac arrest before arriving in the hospital.
