Guess who’s opening a new restaurant?  And of course he’s putting his own spin into it.  The Hulkster is opening a new place to eat on New Years Eve in Tampa and he’s describing it as a ‘Hooters times 10.’  Just what the fellas like to hear!!!  It actually does sound kinda fun.  Details after the jump… GameTimeGirl
