Drake learns what happens when he announces his lack of involvement from, Homecoming: The Lost Footage. SpectiCast, the company distributing the film has filed a lawsuit against “Used To” rapper for the tweeting stunt pulled on Monday, Mar. 16. Drake let it be known that, “The Drake Homecoming film is not something OVO or Drake have part in.” SpectiCast claims that Drake cutting all ties from the film is an “unauthorized” violation on an agreement he signed with the production company Serious Entertainment back in 2009. According to XXL, the agreement allowed Serious to film a concert at Toronto’s Sound Academy in exchange for paying Drizzy $15,000 and guaranteeing him 15% of the film’s profits if the footage was ever used.
