Good news for beer lovers! Anheuser-Busch InBev (BUD) agreed overnight to merge with SABMiller. BUD bought SABMiller for about $68/share. This makes BUD the largest beer brewer in the world; they will now possess about 1/3 of the beer market. Heineken is second and a bit behind, owning 9% of the market. This past Friday, Angela Simmons, A$AP Ferg, Tyson Beckford, Laz Alonso and more were all spotted at Team Epiphany and Heineken’s “Friends + Family” BBQ at the W Hotel in NYC, DJ’d by the legendary Clark Kent. (Photos) Busted! Popular Hollywood Club May Face Fines For Letting Justin Bieber Booze It Up!
Chris Brown and Justin Beiber recently hit the club up together and flicked it up. However, we all seem to forget that the Biebz is only 20 years old. Pics surfaced of what looks like JB drinking a Heiniken at the popular West Hollywood nightclub called Betsy Bellows. Since the venue serves food, they’re allowed to let people under 21 inside although they are not allowed to serve them booze by any means necessary (famous or not.) The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control got involved and is now currently watching Betsy Bellows extra hard although they’ve never had any issues in the past. However–if they can prove that Biebz was hitting the bottle, a fine will be issued. Check out the pics in the gallery that appear to be Justin and his Heiney bottle.
Third Company To Pull Out! Guinness Backs Out Of NYC’s St Patty’s Day Parade Due To Anti-LGBT Policy
Looks like companies such as Henekein, Guinness, and Samuel Adams are staunchly in support of the LGBT community, and have pulled their support as corporate sponsors for St. Patty’s Day parades in Boston…. and now New York. Ford Motors is the last American corporate sponsor standing for the midtown parade that kicks off Monday, March 17th, at 11am….

Wale Goes at Rosa Acosta on Twitter
It was all good just a tweet ago! LOL! Last night, model (and IFWT favorite!) Rosa Acosta hosted the Philly stop of Heineken’s Red Star Access concerts. The event featured a performance from Wale and both had been tweeting their excitement about the night prior to. Even while there, Rosa tweeted, “Heineken #RedStarAccess Event w/ @djsmokephilly @djalamonj @dynastyseries can’t wait for @Wale to perform.” Apparently while the MMG emcee took the stage, he ran into a few security issues… “@Wale went into the crowd and some security had to save him #CreativeIdeaFail #RedStarAccess,” she wrote.
