Donald Trump has came out with his healthcare reform plan. He says he will repeal Barack Obama’s ‘Obamacare’ and replace it. Trump says it “has tragically but predictably resulted in runaway costs, websites that don’t work, greater rationing of care, higher premiums, less competition and fewer choices.”

However, in a 5-4 decision today the Supreme Court ruled against the law saying that business owner’s rights to their beliefs trumps a woman’s right to full coverage of contraceptives. The coverage of an operation which was once nationally barred for Medicare patients is now in the hands of regional administrators after the national policy against paying for these operations was overturned on Friday by a federal board.
ObamaCare Means Less Jobs?
The long-term effect of ObamaCare on the U.S. economy has raised more questions. Almost 2.5 million workers could opt out(Workers Choice) of full-time jobs over the next 10 years. The Congressional Budget Office says jobs may disappear because employers may hire less full-time workers or reduce the hours of their staff due to Obamacare. Americans working full-time jobs may decide to work part-time or not work at all.
