Fashion: Presenting “The Insomniac Clothing Co. The Insomniacs 不眠症”
The Insomniac Clothing Co. is a brand ran by Jameal Dawson aka “MIDWEST MILLZ” a 21 year old from Cincinnati , OH. Today, I will be presenting his clothing line as a whole but specifically his hat-wear. He started the brand about a year ago, saying he messed around with other names and other styles, and what he has developed now is what embodies what he is really trying to express. The Insomniac Clothing Co. has had some good success so far with Hat-Wear & T-Shirts. A few of the tees by name are the Insomniac World Order T-Shirt which is featured in white and black short sleeve 50/50 blend, The world Is Ours is a black baseball Tee and The Beenlownt is a white and black T-shirt, 100% cotton which is “BEEN TRILL” inspired. Some of the Hat-Wear released by the brand was the FA$T hat, the PLUG, the CONNECT, The Insomniac & then the Sleepwalking hat. Here we have a late summer addition from Èlan with their new bucket hats that come in either red or a pearly white. The website is under construction at the moment but will be up very soon. Both of the bucket hats are simple yet very stylish at the same time, the bucket hat features Èlan as the logo signature and Paris right beneath it. You have the white on white colorway bucket and then you have the red on white colorway that features Èlan in white. Hatwear: Presenting “Èlan” Hatwear
Èlan is a clothing brand ran by 15 year old Kianna Lindsay from NYC. Today, I will be presenting her hat-wear which I thought was very eye-catching. The line started at the beginning of April this year. The leather hat features a black genuine leather strap-back and on the front is “ELAN” in white threading and on the back of the cap there is a 79 inspired by her mothers birth year. Èlan will be restocking on the leather hats in the beginning of fall/winter 2013. She will be releasing some new bucket hats for the summer we will keep you posted on the release date for those. As a brand, Èlan a French word stands for a distinctive style. She picked the name because she believes that no one can ever match your style, they can wear the same clothes but they can’t match in the same flare.
