Yesterday we reported that former #1 overall pick Greg Oden was arrested for assault after punching his ex-girlfriend in the face.Oden has since admitted he did it but not in a fighting way. He said his hand flailed out of control as he was trying to pull away from people. Regardless he was still charged and was held for a couple days. Now he is out, but not totally free to move around.
