Kicks: Kobe Debuts A New Style In The Kobe 8 Titled “Graffiti”

A small preview of the Kobe 8 “Graffiti” hit the web earlier this week and now a couple days later, Kobe himself was spotted out wearing his new kicks. This version sits a little higher than the other Kobe 8’s, it goes above the ankle. It features a green, black and silver colorway with a “Graffiti” design on top a white sole (black would have looked better to me). These are still pretty new so no word on a release date. If these do drop, will you cop em?? Stay up with IFWT for updates. Hit the jump to check out pics…

(Photos) Damn! Chris Brown Fought The City…And The City Won! Bye, Bye Graffiti!

He fought the law…and the law one. Chris Brown’s neighbors have been complaining about the graffiti adorning the outside of his L.A. home since earlier this year, and succeeded in getting the city to file a complaint against him. Chris fired right back, however, saying it’s protected by the 1st Amendment and if it bothers someone that much, they should just look away. Looks like his argument didn’t hold very well in the courts though, as today workers were spotted painting over the singer’s artwork. Guess it wasn’t worth the fight!

(PHOTOS) Reebok Celebrates 30 Years With Travi$ Scott, Ace Hood, Kirko Bangz and More!

Last night, Reebok threw one of the biggest bashes at New York’s SOBs, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their Classic Leather Sneaker. The night included performances by Travi$ Scott, Ace Hood, Kirko Bangz, Doug E. Fresh, Trips N’ Slim, Freeway, and Vinny Cha$e!

Chris Brown Blasts Back At The City Over His Graffiti; Exercises First Amendment

Chris Brown is at odds with his current home of L.A., as the city is attempting to force him to remove the graffiti he drew on his home and he’s not having it! In a recently filed appeal, Breezy says the government has no right to force him to remove it because it’s protected by the First Amendment. Chris tells the city, whose argument is that he has an illegal “sign” on his home, that the graffiti is art that “[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property.” He goes on to say, “The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution.” The case is now in the hands of the Dept. of Building and Safety’s board of appeals. Who do you think will win this one?

Chris Brown Blasts Back At Neighbors Upset Over His Graffiti

Chris Brown’s neighbors are outraged with him once again, but this time it has nothing to do with him being loud or parking in their spaces. That was his last pad, and it was in an apartment building, but it seems even in a house, Breezy can’t win! Though it’s his own property, neighbors have filed complaints with the art he painted on the walls that face the street, and now police are telling him to either take it down or be fined. Is that even fair?! Check out Breezy’s response in the gallery. I’m with him on this one!

Chris Brown Ordered To Do WHAT By Police?!

The beef between Chris Brown and his neighbors is on going and there doesn’t seem to be a resolution in sight. In the latest issue with his neighborhood, the singer has been told by police that he has to remove his graffiti from the outside of his home or face a serious fine. City officials have cited Chris for “un-permitted and excessive signage” after the neighbors complained. Find out what their issue with the graffiti is below and check out the graffiti in the gallery.
