Senior VP of Google, Vic Gundotra announced today at the Google I/O conference that Google+ will be getting a whole new design. Also 41 new features will be added Google+. The new look will use the entire screen and look more like a blog or similar to Pinterest. One the of the new feature is the hashtag. When a user places certain hastags lets say on a photo but doesn’t hashtag what the image is of, Google can find out what the image is and add that hashtag on it. When the users clicks on the hashtag they will get related items that share the same hashtag. This update will be available today. TatWza
So What’s New With Google’s Hangouts App?
With Hangouts, now you can snap photos while still chatting with multiple people over video. This is a new feature that will be available for mobile devices soon. That means you can be anywhere having a video chat and still be able to snap pics. Google’s Jeremy Ng said on Google+,” The challenge, oftentimes, is capturing your favorite moments as they happen, so today we’re introducing the new Hangouts Capture app.”
JetBlue Wants To Do WHAT With Google Glass?!?! #IfIhadGoogleGlass
Google held applications over Twitter & Google+ last week for for anyone who wanted to get their hands on Glass. To get involved, you had to use the hashtag #ifIhadGlass & explain what do would do you with. JetBlue has decided to enter in their application with pictures showing off what they would do with Glass.
