It has definitely been a good week for the Oakland and the Bay area after the Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers to win the NBA Finals and they are continuing to ride that wave of success. Oakland’s Andre Ward defeated Britan’s Paul Smith in their catch-weight bout!
I have to admit, this is definitely impressive and I would be amped to work with this guy as my coach. 60 year old Alvin Gentry, who is currently the assistant head coach for the Golden State Warriors, threw down a dunk at Warrior’s practice!
I guess there were a few people in the Warrior’s organization that did not approve of the Mark Jackson era. Andrew Bogut was recently asked about the transition of the Warriors to the Steve Kerr era and his response was nothing short of a jab toward his former coach, Mark Jackson.
