On the hip-hop mogul’s 44th birthday on December 3, Jay Z announced that he and his wife would partake in a strict vegan diet for 22 days. To celebrate the end of their vegan adventure, the power couple celebrated in a popular restaurant in Miami called Seasalt & Pepper. They chowed down on dishes such as pappardelle, lobster risotto and seafood casserole. As they enjoyed their meal, Bey and Jay ran into Gloria Estefan, her husband Emilio and their daughter. Gloria Estefan is renting out her $35 million mansion on Miami’s exclusive Star Island for a whopping $75k a month. The beautiful pad features 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, stone floors, vaulted ceilings, gazebos, entertainment areas, fountains, a pool that stretches out toward the waterline, a pair of detached guest suites, a private dock and 330 feet of waterfront. A guest house on the property is also available for rent at $30k a month. The house sits on 1.34 acres and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a spa, a jacuzzi and more. Insane!
