I posted yesterday that Andrew Bynum would not be participating in the Olympics because he wants to get rest and treatment for his knee.  Well it turns out Bynum plans to get the super treatment that Kobe got in Germany.  The same treatment that had Kobe dropping 40 points a night.  If the treatment works as well for Bynum the Lakers will be deadly next season.  Read more after the jump. @Shay_Marie x @gametimegirl
